Foreigners coming to Kyzylorda are obliged to pay a tourist fee in the amount of 5% of the total accommodation. The tour fee is not a taxable income of the hotel and is not subject to VAT.

Foreign employees of organizations that have official registration on the territory of Kazakhstan are exempted from paying a tourist fee provided that they can demonstrate all the necessary documents when they check in at the hotel.
